🏆 We will unlock $1,000 for students in need when we receive 500 gifts from BOLD alumni (Birds of the Last Decade) who graduated between 2014–24.
🏆 We will unlock an additional $250 when 200 students give during Birds Give Back.
Life happens, and sometimes it hits students hard. Losing a job, emergencies at home, or the loss of a family member—students face it all. When these challenges hit, essentials like food, housing, textbooks, transportation, personal care items, and technology can become a real challenge.

Today on Birds Give Back, our goal is to raise $5,000 to ensure that students can focus on their academic goals without the constant worry of where their next meal will come from or how other basic needs are met.
Your generosity today will provide:
- Year-round food resources, including mini food pantries throughout campus and access to fresh fruits/vegetables.
- Housing crisis assistance.
- Textbooks and access codes for students who have exhausted all other resources.
- Student Navigators trained to find and recommend resources to avert crises, and create plans for longer-term support.
Forty percent of college students don't have enough food.
Can you believe nearly 40% of college students nationwide,
including our own Redbirds, deal with food insecurity? It is a more significant
issue than we might realize, especially for those off-campus.
