Birds Give Back Ambassadors that have signed up by Jan. 26 will be receiving an "Influencer Kit" - a gift box of goodies to help you have the best-ever Birds Give Back!

Plus, the Top 100 Ambassadors (those who refer the most friends to give a donation) will receive a prize after Birds Give Back!

Ambassadors are members of the Redbird community who want to promote Birds Give Back and show their #RedbirdPride in Illinois State University!  Ambassadors will receive a training video with tips prior to the big day and are eligible to receive exclusive prizes.

Ambassadors are key to a successful giving day as they help spread the word and encourage their Redbird network to be philanthropists!

1. Register

Register to be an Ambassador using the form above at top of this page. You will receive an email right away (check your junk mail folder if you don't see it.) with your own URL to share with others when encouraging them to give. Using your personal URL will track who gives and how much you have helped to raise for your favorite ISU programs and areas on campus!

2. Ready your Redbirds

Before Birds Give Back, compile a list of your Redbird Network. Check your social media, phone and email contacts. Think about who you see regularly. Create a list and, starting a week before Birds Give Back, share our teaser video and start to let folks know that the big opportunity is coming!

3. Reinforce your message

During Birds Give Back on February 22, post on social media throughout the day. Reach out personally to your Redbird Network. Call, email, and/or text your office neighbors and ask them to make their gift for their favorite areas of campus. Share challenge updates, social media content, send Redbird Shout-outs and ask people to join you in the big day.

4. Recognize

Thank your network for giving! As challenges are met and the day winds down, be sure to add posts of gratitude and personally reach out to your network to thank them for showing up in a BIG way!
